My name is Jill & I work with women just like you.
I know what it is to reach to food and alcohol for comfort. When we’re exhausted & overwhelmed knocking back a few wines to relax or tucking into the chocolates seems likes a great idea at the time. It’s only when the initial buzz wears off & the feelings of shame & self-loathing wash over you yet AGAIN that you know that something has to change.
I’ve been there. My battle with emotional eating destroyed my life for many years. I worked hard to win that battle & in the process completely transformed my relationship with food & with my body. I’ve seen first-hand that diets & restrictions are not the answer. These days nothing is off-limits. I now have different, healthier ways of coping.
As your coach I’ll use a mind/body approach to help you change your ways of thinking, change your habits & subsequently change your life.
